Without a seat on particular flight


Overbooking of passengers on intercontincontinental flights is como practice among airlines. Aircraft which are capable of carrying 340 passengers are booked to carry 365 passengers. If on average 10% passengers who have booked fail to turn up for their flights, what is the aveage probability that at least one passenger who has a booking will end up without a seat on particular flight? Hint: apply the normal approximation to the binomial distibution.
