Within the past 4 years, there have been at least 3 major fires in Bangladesh factories that make American apparel, the most recent occurring this past spring.
Research and briefly explain what the United States has done to ensure better working conditions in Bangladesh apparel factories and whether this country has kept pace with the rest of the world on this issue. What "ethical system" has driven our actions: Universalism Egoism, Virtue ethics, Relativism or Utilitarianism? Please explain your rationale.
