Charting a Company's LongTerm Direction: Vision, Mission, Objectives, and Strategy
With this project I am starting my own shoe company. I'm running this company with 2 other co-managers. I need an in-depth mission statement and vision for the company. You may draw ideas form other footwear companies but don't flat out copy them.
Attached is Chapter 2 which discusses the importance of developing a strategic mission and mission statements
So once again the company must craft the mission statement and provide explanation of your company's
vision.
