1- With the diversity we as human service workers see in our communities, I think it's important for the agencies to also hire a diverse population. I know that many organizations pay employees who are able to speak more than one language a stipend. What are the benefits of HR hiring a diverse staff in human services?
2- Sexual harassment in the work place is more common than people realize. I think many times inappropriate sexual innuendos are expressed without people not knowing how inappropriate it is in the work place. As you know, sexual harassment is generally unwanted advances by someone in power. Do you think that sexual harassment is a matter of control or can anyone perpetuate sexual harassment?
