The woman stated that this is an emergency and if she had known they didn't have any McNuggets, then she would not have given them any money. The woman said McDonald's offered her a McDouble, but that she didn't want one. The woman was cited on a misuse of 911 charge. 59 It is so easy to pick up the phone, from anywhere, at any time, and make a bad call.
