Capital punishment is one of the most debated polices of the criminal justice system. Using constitutional, humanitarian, or administrative arguments, justify why you support or oppose the use of capital punishment as a criminal sanction. In doing so, discuss all aspects related to your specific argument.
Keep in mind that I am not asking you to provide all constitutional, humanitarian, and administrative arguments regarding capital punishment. I am just asking you to choose an argument that best supports your particular view and then discuss the pros/cons of that argument; taking care to explain why, in your opinion, the pros for your argument outweigh the cons.
