From your experience and by conducting research online explain how and why you must work within your supply chain as you create your purchasing strategy. Explain why it is important to dynamically link your organization within your supply chain. Be certain to provide rationale as to when it is appropriate to purchase a product or service from a vendor from a higher price instead of a vendor that has the same product or service who has a lower price. Also, explain how these strategies will differ if you are strategizing within a for-profit organization and a non-profit organization.
