Research and write a short paper on the impact of regulatory policies on the transportation industry. Criticize or defend the current regulatory policy. If you are opposed to the current policy, outline an alternative policy that you favor. Be specific in your policy suggestions. Indicate why you believe that they would be an improvement over the current system. Spend some search time in the library. If you do not know where it is located, ask your instructor.
