In a short essay, (i) Compose an argument for or against government oversight and regulation of corporations. In this argument, explain in detail why you believe governments should or should not regulate corporations. (ii) Consider the opposing view in your essay (e.g., if you are for regulation, consider the arguments against regulation, and vice-versa), and explain why you do not agree with the other side's arguments. Do not view these questions as an absolute dichotomy, but if you believe in some regulations, you should explain why you believe in some regulation, and what should be regulated, and consider also why you reject regulation for certain areas.
