This problem is all about developing the customer profile for prospecting. You are an event coordinator for a local golf course and need to generate new business for off-season events. In the activity, I will look for you to explain the following areas:

1. What is your product offering and why would they choose you over the competition?

2. Who is your target customer and how will you reach them?

3. Who is the decision maker and how will you get to them? Is it a business or a personal event?

4. What is the price point to meet the needs of your customer? For example, consider room charge, service charge, F&B charges etc
