i) What are the advantages and disadvantages of using the VPD mechanism to control access to data (sub-themes: What can VPDs do the views cannot? or what VPDs do better than views).
ii) Why were there so many "dot-com" failures in the early part of 2000's? What are the lessons learned from these experiences?
