After reading the ERP Implementation Case, please answer the following questions and submit to the Assignment before the deadline. Late work will NOT be accepted. This Assignment is worth 5% of your final grade.
1) According to the case study, one of the Challenges to an ERP Implementation is ‘User's Resistance'.
A) Explain in your own words why this is a common challenge.
B) give one exampleof how ‘user's resistance' was reflected within the case.
2) Top Management Support is often cited as one of the most critical success factors in an ERP Implementation project.
A) Reflecting on the case, explain in your own words why Top Management Support is so critical to the success of an ERP Implementation.
B) Do you believe that Top Management Support is needed through ALL the stages of the implementation? Why or Why Not?
3) With any ERP Implementation Project, roles need to be defined and responsibilities properly assigned. In the case it was mentioned that for each department,a key user was selected and made responsible for the module associated with his/her department. Based on the case and in your own words, explain why this action was so valuable to the project.
4) The case mentioned strategies and various methods of compliance used by KEDA management to get this project to completion. Do you believe that these strategies and methods used in this case are generally applicable to any ERP Implementation Project? Why or Why Not?
