Assignment:
Let's say that I am walking my dog in my neighborhood in the early evening. As I am walking down the sidewalk, I pass a house when I happen to look through the window (open curtains) and happen to see a naked woman walking around her house. I stop there on the sidewalk (city owned) and watch for a while. After a few minutes she notices me there and the police are called. She is trying to accuse my of violating her privacy. Was this a violation...why or why not? If this was not a violation, what would have to happen for this situation to be a violation of her privacy?
