Why the group-individual is a stakeholder

The current proposal is to build a stadium at Broad and Norris -- where beautiful green sports fields already exist for some TU teams but would be replaced by a stadium. But not everybody's excited about this ...

So, let's do a stakeholder analysis. Let's start by identifying and prioritizing some stakeholders together!

Identify just one group and discuss some of the things above -- describe the group with a few adjectives and identify why that group/individual is a stakeholder, and say what that stakeholder is owed by TU and why, way whether building a football stadium in the proposed location would be consistent with TU's duties to this stakeholder group. Also, would you consider this a high, medium, or low priority stakeholder group for TU and why do you think that? How should TU handle this stakeholder group?

For each new stakeholder identified, please feel free to start a new thread. You don't have to incorporate answers to all of the above questions in your posts -- others will chime in with answers as well! Please make at least two substantive posts while this Board is open. It is due by midnight on SuperBowl Sunday, which Philadelphia is treating as a religious holiday of obligation! Remember to try to work in some concepts we're talking about or reading about as well ... This will be great practice as you start drafting your Facebook stakeholder analysis papers. And it will get you in the football spirit.
