• If there are adults willing to work for you at the minimum wage rate, should you pay the minimum wage in order to maximize your profit (and shareholder returns), or a rate capable of providing a reasonable standard of living? Why?
• Although living wage opponents often argue that the majority of people earning minimum wage are young (without dependents or living with their own parents), studies have shown that this is not necessarily true. How do education and class impact the living wage argument?
