She witnesses a female nurse shouting at a patient. She told him that that he wasn't doing enough to help her when she tries to move him. She says "You are making my day difficult. You could co-operate if you wanted to. You need to change your attitude". When the nurse leaves the room, Stacy goes in to see if the patient is all right.

This patient is a 62 year old man with Guillain-Barré syndrome. Most of his body is paralyzed, but he does have minimal function in his upper body. He tells Stacy that "everything is okay." He does not want her to discuss the event with anyone on the unit. He says, "It's easier this way. I'm totally dependent on the staff here, and the nurse didn't hurt me. She's just overworked."
