Legal Aspects of Nursing Practice
In the United States Nurses are held accountable for their practices. In the USA every State has a Board of Nursing that regulates nursing practice, therefore the rules are not uniform across state lines. In your opinion should laws governing nursing practice be standardized across the country? If you answer yes or no, tell me why.
