Problem

The following is my proposal for revisions to our compensation system. I am focusing in on the Warehouse and the Manufacturing Departments where I we have immediate operational issues. This memo briefly describes our current status and the problems to be resolved through revisions to the compensation system. In support of my proposal, I have included relevant facts and data collected through employee interviews and our HRIS. My proposed revisions are followed by a thorough explanation of my rationale for each of the revisions along with challenges the company may face in adopting them.

Your rationale section should include a plan for implementing your proposal for new and existing employees. Consider how your changes will apply to existing employee pay? Are you suggesting immediate changes? Phased in changes? What is your timeframe?
