1. Why should a strategic plan be continuously monitored and updated ?
2. Ratios are a great tool since they are compared to benchmarks and an organization can see the comparison to the national average for example. My example is cash on hand at a certain period ending, especially, at the end of a fiscal year it is very important to see for the Council of West Virginia Higher Education, who is overseeing us. A certain percentage is recommended and worked on to be achieved.
