Question:
Why do relatively few Americans try to gain access to the bureaucracy? They do not know how to get into contact with or gain access to the federal bureaucracy. They simply do not care about what happens in the federal bureaucracy. They accept the narrative that the bureaucracy is too big, complex, and corrupted by special interests. They have been told by their elected representatives that it is not worthwhile to do so.
