Discussion Post: Quality Improvement Committee
Imagine one of your roles was to form a quality improvement committee in a place of practice (examples: hospital, long term care facility, assisted living).
Answer the following questions. Your post should look like:
a) Why is quality improvement important at your place of practice? Be specific.
b) Who should be on your committee and why? Do you believe patients or clients should be part of the committee? Why or why not?
c) How could you increase employee interest in joining the QI committee?
