Many assembly jobs are no longer done in this country, they have been shipped offshore.
Most manual labor jobs are done by immigrants being either legal or otherwise.
There are productivity and quality gains to be made through good ergonomics.
There is certainly an opportunity for abuse by employees.
Damage is to soft tissue which begs the question is there any task or job free of impact on the human body.
Lastly, is it possible to tell the difference between soft tissue damage as a result of work-related activities verses personal activities like sports or hobbies.
