In our discussion of the Poisson distribution, we used this distribution to represent the distribution of positive responses (Definitely Purchase) to the eKnow per hour at the convention booth. Is it reasonable to assume that the Poisson distribution is appropriate for finding the probabilities that we need? Why or why not?
