Why is problem simpler than for the turbulent boundary

Consider heat transfer to a turbulent boundary layer with no pressure gradient or transpiration but with a vanishingly small=Prandtle-number fluid. Why is this problem simpler than for the turbulent boundary layer at moderate and high Prandtle numbers? what closed=form solution already in hand should be a good approximation? Why?
