Please help me with this question:
For both ethical and socially responsible behavior to take place within organizations, management must commit to making this happen. Why is management's commitment essential? What other factors/activities are needed to insure that the behavior becomes a part of the organizational culture? As a manager, how would you incorporate this into your role?
