We discussed internal recruitment and determining who is the "best candidate for the job". For this week's discussion, the "best candidate" has been chosen and now you are to formally offer them a position with your company. As stated in chapter 12, during this process, both the employee and candidate "seek to enter into the employment relationship and become legally bound to each other through an employment contract" (Hememan, Judge, & Mueller, 2012).

Using these two attachments and information in chapters 12 and 13 of the textbook, I would like you to respond to the following three questions:
1. Why is it so important to outline all elements and facets of the position and total benefits package? Explain.
2. What are the contingencies in sample job offer? Explain their importance to both the employee and company.
3. List and explain one item in the sample employment contract you found the most intriguing?
