1. Why is it important to start with the Plan Scope Management process? Why can't we just start collecting requirements and go from there? Please provide examples and supporting discussion.

3. Why is it important to track project requirements throughout the entire project life cycle using tools such as the requirements traceability matrix? Provide examples and supporting discussion.
4. Do you think it is possible to meet the PMI requirements of the WBS achieving a detailed record of 100% of the work that needs to be done in a project? Do you think achieving this level of detail is important? How would agile methods manage this requirement?
5. PMI believes that one of the greatest challenges in project management is managing scope changes while agile methods manage changes to scope differently. Compare and contrast the two approaches to scope management providing examples and supporting discussion. Which method do you prefer?
