What is required
• Consider that you are a senior consulting engineer and that you need to explain the topic of Galvanising to your customer, who is the managing director of a large company, and a commerce or law graduate.
• Provide a briefing paper, so that it is easily understood by such a customer, about 20 typed pages in length, ~8,000 words, and including 10 to 20 figures.
• You have wide latitude of how to structure your briefing paper.
• One approach is to include some or all of the following.
