Case Study Problem
Choose either Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the Children's Internet Protection Act (CIPA), the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), or the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act. In a 3 to 4 page paper (Not including title and reference pages) describe the Act you chose. Provide details behind why the Act was created and any legal cases that either led to the Act being created or that used the Act for prosecution or defense in a case.
The response must include a reference list. Using one-inch margins, double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font and APA style of writing and citations.
