The DREAM Act is a bipartisan legislation that addresses the plight of young people who grew up in the United States and have graduated from our high schools, but whose future is circumscribed by our current immigration laws.
Watch the video below and write a reaction post, addressing the following:
a) What are your reactions to this video?
b) Is the DREAM movement an example of spontaneous social change or of planned social change? Why?
c) Is this movement an example of incremental/gradual change or an example of changing the structure of the system. Explain your answer.
