3) A summary of how this could apply to your current work situation.
4) The reference of the article in correct APA 7th edition format.
5) With regard to your experience:
a) Explain what personal involvement in leadership means.
b) Why is being personally involved as a leader important?
c) What are some ways you can get personally involved to show that you care of your employees?
