2.2.3 Dependent variable: Turnover Intentions (TI)

o as it depends on JR and WE

2.2..4 Dependent variable: Emotional ill-health (EIH)

o as it depends on JR and WE

In this section, state different definitions from different sources and state what am I using in this study? I use the definitions from JD-R model. Why do I choose the definition?

2.3.2 The JD-R Model (Job demands- Resources Model)

o Present the JD-R Model and show why it is good one for studying the dependent variables?

2.4 Research on dependent variables:

o Provide a discussion on research on turnover intentions and emotional ill-health.

o What independent/ antecedents variables did different researchers used to explain them? What were the findings and the context of these studies in terms of countries, respondents and sectors?

o Why I am choosing job resources and work engagement as my independent variables? As per JD-R model.

o Explain how JDR has determined different dimensions about Job Resources: 1. Autonomy, 2. Supervisory support and 3. Career development and explain each dimensions in details.

o Explain how JDR has determined different dimensions about work engagement : 1. Vigour, 2. Dedication and 3. Absorption and explain each dimensions in details.

o explain what current research has not covered that my study is going to cover.

It might be the study has not been done in the asian countries

o or it can be study of this combination of variables has not been done before.
