Why federalist papers can be seen as continuing


Problem: In some ways, the authors of The Federalist Papers can be seen as continuing in the grand Puritan tradition of imagining America as "a city upon a hill."  Using specific examples from the text American Political Thought By Kramnick 2nd Edition (2018), show how Hamilton and Madison drew on, contributed to, and/or complicated the idea of American exceptionalism in their defense of the new Constitution.
