b) Discuss the manifestations you might assess in a client with lung cancer. Address manifestations related to (i) the primary tumor (ii) systemic manifestations (iii) paraneoplastic properties associated.
c) Why does secondary polycythemia develop in clients? Discuss what client type is at risk for developing secondary polycythemia (minimum of 4 required).
d) Discuss the genetic implications (how are these diseases potentially passed on) for clients with Thalassemia Minor, Sickle Cell Anemia, Hemophilia A and Hemophilia B.
