Resistance is a natural and necessary part of the learning process, but it can also be very frustrating for the consultant. In your Discussion Board posting, address the following:
a) Share examples of resistance that you have encountered, or anticipate encountering, from subtle to overt .
b) Why do you think you got or are going to get this resistance?
c) How did you overcome this resistance, or how do you plan to overcome it?
