Why you get paid to donate plasma but not blood - STAT.
The issue I want you to address is whether you support paying people who donate blood. Here are some points to address. First, there is a blood shortage and we always are aware of blood drives. Do you believe that paying people for giving blood would end the shortage? If so, is that desirable. Second, why do you think in the U.S. and other countries, people are not allowed to be compensated for giving blood? Third, can you find some explanation as to why it is consistent to let people sell plasma but not blood?
