why do you have to compute the equivalent resistance of the 6 ohm and 20 ohm?
doesnt the current splitfrom the 6 ohm to the 30 ohm and then from the 30 ohm to the 20ohm?
so why wouldnt i justconsider the 6 ohm and the 30 ohm and solve for the current without consideration for the 20 ohm?
