Our goal is to offer quality care and services that set community standards, exceed patients' expectations and are provided in a caring, convenient, cost-effective and accessible manner.
HCA Healthcare Mission Statement
Above all else, we are committed to the care and improvement of human life.
Based on the reading on mission statements in Chapter 6 (pages 168-179) do you feel that these are "good" mission statements or could they be improved? What do they do well? Where could they be improved?
