After completing this course, you will be able to:
o Understand and apply human resource principles, practices, and tools to inform and guide HR initiatives in alignment with HR and organizational strategies.
o Demonstrate an understanding of how the human resource function interacts with other functions within the organization to achieve strategic goals
o Understand, interpret, and apply criteria and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs to support organizational effectiveness
o Understand the major functional areas of HR and recommend HR solutions or initiatives to address dynamic customer and stakeholder needs.
o Understand and demonstrate how to apply HR principles in a global context through communication and ethical workplace practices that promote diversity, inclusion, and cultural awareness.
