Students are expected to answer the following 4 questions. In addition, comment on the answers of at least one of your classmates.
o Why can discussing performance feedback with employees be so hard?
o What barriers do you perceive in asking for feedback?
o How would you react if one of your employees came to you for feedback?
o Imagine that your good friend is starting a new job next week. What recommendations would you give to help your friend do a great job seeking feedback?
The response must include a reference list. Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
