Problem
(1) What awareness did you gain by learning about the different religions and holidays? How is considering all religions and holidays something that can be implemented in the workplace, please explain?
(2) Did you find yourself having any predispositions about any of the religions/holidays you reviewed and are those biases taken into the workplace when dealing with people who have different beliefs, please explain?
(3) Once you have gained knowledge of someone's religious differences or observance to certain holidays, should you treat him/her any differently in the work environment, please explain if this is considered cultural competence or cultural bias?
