Problem
Read the history articles and then Write a 2-3 page response paper on a topic relating to Early U.S. Empire in the Pacific Racializing the Philippines. Your argument should be something along the lines of "why did the US change their view of the Filipinos as savages or lesser human beings rather than equals the had seen prior to gaining the US territory."
