Executive Summary
First Commerce Credit Union's business has really slowed down. While making cold calls to our members and going around to local business offering Financial Seminars would help bring in more business; I believe that offering the new and improved banking technology is the way to go to help increase the Credit Unions business.
Most customers want convenience and online banking will give the customers that freedom they have been looking for. Online banking offers many features and benefits. Not only is online banking convenient but it is also a secure way for customers to conduct business with the Credit Union 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Online banking will save our customers time and money plus they will never have to wait in line. Customers can review all their account activity, transfer money from one account to another, and even make check deposits without ever having to set foot into the Credit Union.
Online banking also has a bill-pay feature which allows our customers to pay their bills online line. This will save the customers time and money. No need to buy checks or stamps and the customer can do this all in the convenience of their own home. First Commerce can ever allow for customers to apply for loans online and this will save them time and money by not having to drive in to one of our locations.
Customers want convenience and with this great new secure technology, First Commerce can give it to our customers.
