Your PA uses a rating form with the following characteristics: leadership, public acceptance, attitude toward people, appearance and grooming, personal conduct, outlook on life, ethical habits, resourcefulness, capacity for growth, mental alertness, and loyalty to organization. Could any of these characteristics pose a problem with regard to a legal challenge? Why? Discuss.
