The "Big 4" U.S. accounting firms audit many multinational companies that are located in foreign countries that may have different cultural norms than exist in the United States. In your opinion, can U.S. accounting firms successfully perform a quality audit of organizations located in foreign countries that may have cultures that are different from U.S. companies'?
