Search the Internet for an example of a notable project that was considered a failure due to being significantly over budget. Post the following:
1. A brief overview of the failed project
2. Answer the following questions:
o Were the initial estimates wrong? Why or why not?
o Was the budget overage due in any way to poor financial controls?
o Did some other factor such as poor scope or schedule estimates lead to the budget problem?
