Read all classmates' Discussion Posts and critique two other student's "Memorandum to the Superintendent." Candidates' response posts to their classmates' memorandum should include (i) their reactions to each memorandum, (ii) how/why their actions to the scenario might be similar or different, (iii) additional case law and statutes that could have been included, and (iv) at least two questions that are thought provoking and probing.
The response must include a reference list. Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
