Against the background provided in the case study, you have been requested by the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECOS) as a Project expert to submit a report on the building project collapse of Tongaat Mall which occurred on 19 November 2013 from project quality context addressing the main issues which contributed to the occurrence and how this could have been averted.
Provide description of project and all project attributes to be addressed and what were related costs of this collapse and lastly who were project stakeholder and their role in project failure.
