Change is often unwelcomed, and we used to say that individuals, like organizations, do not like to change. For example, who wants to change from a comfortable to an uncomfortable pair of shoes? However, we have seen recently that individuals (perhaps like organizations) are embracing change. Please give several concrete examples of this phenomenon, and suggest reasons as to why this might be the case.
