Who start new businesses to gain greater freedom

An article in the Wall Street Journal suggests that women start new businesses for freedom and flexibility and not money. In a survey of 763 women who had started their own businesses, 229 said that they launched their business for greater freedom. Only 99 indicated that a desire to make more money drove them to start their business. Set up a 90% confidence interval estimate of the population proportion of women who start new businesses to gain greater freedom.
